Aldiana Hot Balidemaj
Aldiana Hot Balidemaj brings more than 14 years of military service, including three overseas deployments to Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan, to Eagle Crest. She also brings professional experience in software development, information technology, human resources, and finance. Her education and experience have shaped the way she leads: with discipline, preparation, integrity, and unwavering attention to detail.
A lifelong New Yorker with family roots in Montenegro, Aldiana founded Eagle Crest with a personal commitment to building a company clients can rely on and employees can be proud to represent. She believes trust is earned through clear communication, consistent service, and following through on every commitment, large or small.
Aldiana is also a wife and mother of two. Her family is a source of purpose behind the business she is building. For her, Eagle Crest is an opportunity to put the values that have guided her life and career into practice: serving others, keeping her word, and taking pride in a job done well.
